There are many other plus points when working with EFT tapping on the phone:

* Telephone Tapping helps both the client and the facilitator to focus without the distractions that may be experienced during a face to face treatment.

* The session is conducted in a familiar and comfortable location, unless, of course, the home environment is noisy and disruptive.

* Telephone Tapping also works well when used for EFT mentoring and can save a lot of money in travel costs.

Telephone tapping sessions are a wonderful option for us to work together. You can do sessions from the comfort of your home, during a lunch break at work, or even in your car while on your cell phone (but not while driving). I also really enjoy my weekly group mentoring session, working alongside any workshop or training that you may have attended.Please email me if this interests you but note that I only take on a limited amount of people to make sure I can give the group my full attention.

How is an EFT telephone session conducted?

Before you decide to work with me I will ask you to make sure that our session is conducted in a quiet environment, with a level of privacy and that daily home life distractions are not able to interfere in any way. Also before we start our first EFT tapping session, you may if needed, download the EFT Tapping Manual written by Gary Craig, or review my free EFT basic training to learn how it all works. If you are new to EFT I can also talk you through the best ways to improve your art of EFT's delivery and after your first Telephone Tapping session, you should be aware of all the tapping points.

As we work you can just hold the telephone with one hand and use the other to tap and it is rare for someone to have difficulty tapping while talking on the phone and if this does happen, the phone is put down temporarily, the acupressure points are tapped, and then we resume talking. Better still a speaker phone or headset is used for greatest comfort during the phone session.

To make it even easier you could sign-up for Skype and the system is free and works on most common kinds of computer and operating systems throughout the world. Everything is encrypted by Skype before it is transmitted to the internet and then automatically decrypted by the receiving person's computer. In this way all communication is private and confidential and cannot be intercepted. For the Skype to work well you will need to have Broadband / DSL, a microphone and speakers with a headset and microphone that plugs into your computer, rather than relying on your computer's external speakers. Those that plug into the USB port on your computer probably offer better quality sound, as USB connections will not slow down the audio transmission from the internet to your computer (as some sound cards might).
